At Roots, our ethos is simple.

We believe in using only the freshest ingredients. We source locally & organically, as much as we can and always responsibly. 

Our dining space was created with you in mind. A timeless design, an earth-friendly menu & nothing but good energy. All to help us connect over a crust and enjoy the spirit of pizza.

Our chef has created a secret dough recipe that has been honed over thousands of hours of experimentation and kneading. The result is a chewy yet crispy perfection that comes with the added bonus of toned arm muscles.

We use only the best flour available, salt and water to feed our sourdough. Resting the dough for up to 72 hours creates a light and easy pizza to digest. This time allows our sourdough to ripen and develop a delightful complexity of flavours. Delicious!

At a blazing 450 degrees, our pizzas slide into our cosmic pizza oven for no more than 90 seconds.

We've handpicked our wine selection to perfectly match the flavour explosion of our pizzas. Each bottle brings a little something extra to the table, so you can sip, slurp, savour, and enjoy every bite to the fullest.
